Founded in 1984, Indo Build Enterprise is a Mumbai-based real estate development and construction company with over four decades of experience in architecture, construction, and urban development. Established by Mr. Vrujlal Vaishnani, an architect, developer, and MES-listed contractor, the company was built on a strong foundation of discipline, precision, and quality—values shaped through his early contributions to Indian Navy development projects under the Military Engineering Services (Ministry of Defence).
Over the years, Indo Build Enterprise has successfully evolved with Mumbai’s changing real estate landscape. Transitioning into the redevelopment sector, the company has delivered multiple projects with a strong focus on planning, regulatory approvals, SRA expertise, and industrial-to-commercial transformation.
